He is licensed by the State Bar of Texas, and he is a Certified Mediator who has received numerous appointments by local judges. He has been practicing both business law and personal injury litigation for over thirty-nine years in Houston and the surrounding counties. He has successfully tried dozens of personal injury personal injury, vehicular, tucking, business, and construction cases to jury verdict and created numerous companies, and is familiar with most major industries, including commercial trucking, oil and gas exploration and production, real estate, real estate, commercial and residential real estate construction, manufacturing and service industries, and health care. Prior to his legal career, Mr. House came from the real estate development and construction industry, where he obtained years of experience in new construction management and renovations, commercial property brokerage, and all aspects of commercial and residential real estate development.
